Sid Johnson
SID JOHNSON spent a few more days here recording 4 songs for his new album. Tracked predominantly live off the floor, the songs feature drums, bass, electric guitar, wurlitzer, hammond organ and upright piano. Sid came by again at the end of May to do some experimental jams, including a wicked cover of “Campaigner” by Neil Young.

Live Off The Noise Floor - 2
We capped off May with our second LIVE OFF THE NOISE FLOOR. HIMALAYAN BEAR, SEAWEED HEAD and BANKROBBER, played live off the Noise Floor, to a nice little crowd of devoted fans. The night was a fantastic success and the recordings turned out A-MAZ-ING (if we do say so ourselves!)

Old Neon
We spent 10 glorious days with the boys in Old Neon, and it was easily one of the most fun sessions we’ve ever had. Between fireside beers, many, many bowls of ghetto pho, Gabriola garlic breath and tripping out to “Drugstore Cowboy”, we worked on a very Radiohead-esq EP.
